Крышки и боковые стенки могут быть оснащены смотровыми стеклами. Пустые корпуса могут быть объединены с корпусами коммутационной коробки вида взрывозащиты "Повышенная безопасность e".

Корпус серии 8225 со взрывонепроницаемой оболочкой предназначен для монтажа выключателей для защиты электродвигателя, коммутационных приборов, приборов управления, измерительных и индикаторных приборов. Крышки и боковые стенки могут быть оснащены смотровыми стеклами. Пустые корпуса могут быть объединены с корпусами коммутационной коробки вида взрывозащиты "Повышенная безопасность e".

Размеры выполнены таким образом, что корпуса можно объединять в более крупные узлы по блочному принципу и использовать в конструкции стандартных систем управления и распределителях серии 8220. Наряду со стандартными распределителями и системами управления можно проектировать также системы управления и распределители в зависимости от заказа. Ввод проводки может быть прямым или косвенным.
